One my plans is to develop personalized therapeutics for Wolfram syndrome patients based on gene-based diagnostics. Patients with rare conditions are usually treated based on the experience of physicians, often without any definitive clinical trial support or molecular justification. I would like to change this. Based on molecular justification, I would like to design a clinical trial and personalized therapies.
