Our current target is “endoplasmic reticulum (ER) calcium homeostasis.” Based on our preclinical studies, we need to maintain high ER calcium levels to delay the progression of Wolfram syndrome. With the aid of the drug development team at NIH/NCATS, we have identified several drugs that can achieve this. Each drug is different, and we need to carefully examine each one. I am sorry that I am not fast enough.
