I am pleased to announce that we have launched the NeuroRestorative Therapy team in the Hope Center, Washington University Medical Center. We are a group of neurosurgeons, neurologists, ophthalmologists, bioengineers, and geneticists like myself. The mission of our team is to restore neurological functions in patients suffering from diseases that impact the human nervous system through the development of novel multidisciplinary therapeutic strategies.
One of our major focus areas is to restore neurological and visual functions in patients with Wolfram syndrome. We have multiple strategies to achieve this goal. We are also trying to conduct multiple clinical trials related to neurorestorative therapies. This is a collaboration project with the Center of Regenerative Medicine. Here is our team. We have a big plan.
