Every time I say, “I hope we can…”, my friend and colleague of the Snow Foundation, Stephanie Snow Gebel, asks me to say, “We WILL conduct a trial by… . We WILL find novel treatments.” I have realized that the way we talk affects our motivation and belief. Our motivation clearly helps us achieve our goals. Now, I always try to say, “I WILL find novel therapeutics. I WILL establish….. I WILL conduct….” Thank you, Stephanie.
